General Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below. Please keep in mind that our partners have individual policies. However, contact us within 30 days of delivery about returns. Tracking information will determine the delivery date for all refunds or returns.

Dropshipping Products

Generally, for items fulfilled through our dropshipping partners, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, Manufacturer Error, or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, with errors, or is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after the product is inspected.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item or issue a refund after the product is inspected.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on dropshipping products.

Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand partners do not accept refunds or returns since purchases are made to order. However, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Your request will be reviewed and a remake of your item may be considered. The following conditions may apply:

  • Misprinted, Manufacturer Error, Damaged, or Defective Items: If your item arrives misprinted, with manufacturer errors, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may arrange a replacement or a full refund after the product is inspected and at our partners' discretion.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item or issue a refund after the product is inspected and at our partners' discretion.
  • Change of Mind, Incorrect Sizes, or Misspellings: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected, or misspellings by the customer on personalized or customized print-on-demand products. It is important to review your personalizations or customizations carefully before submitting your order.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. 

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief reason for the return, purchase date, order number, etc. If possible, upload an image of the problem.

If your return is initially accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that the item still requires visual inspection before the return is fully accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and will let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method usually within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Other Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will generally be covered or if you purchased premium package protection. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There may be an additional restocking fee. Please see the Shipping Policy.
