Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • For dropshipping products, processing times may vary depending on the supplier’s stock and location.
  • For print-on-demand products, please allow additional time for production, which typically takes 3-7 business days.

Please make allowances for circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather, manufacturer/supplier delays, holidays, etc. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

 Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged/Lost/Stolen/Missing Package (In Transit) (Without Premium Package Protection):

  • Trend Den Things is not responsible or liable for any products that are lost, stolen, or missing during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. See the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy for more details.
  •  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on the confirmation email/SMS message and file with local police if you suspect it is in fact stolen.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with them.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen/Missing Package (In Transit) (With Premium Package Protection):

  • On the rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late or damaged (i.e. more than 5 weeks have passed), and you purchased premium package protection, please email us at the email address below. If it has been lost in transit, we will ship you a new one! We pride ourselves on customer service and will reply in a timely fashion to resolve any issues ASAP. You will need to have proof of purchase for the product and premium package protection.
